Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Create, monitor, analyze, control, and report on key performance metrics.
- Run optimized Ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other digital platforms.
- Keep a track of Ad monetization strategies and performance metrics.
- Identify trends and insights using tools such as excel and optimize spends and performance based on these insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in one or more relevant fields, such as business administration, marketing, computer sciences.
- Experience with analytical platforms like Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- 1 Year of experience in running global digital marketing campaigns on Google, Meta. (Platforms like Twitter, TikTok & LinkedIn will be a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, & Meta
- Basic Knowledge of Firebase, Google Ad-mob & Play Console
- Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets on excel for data analysis and reporting.
