We are looking for a refined and highly skilled UI/UX Designer who should be able to demonstrate great level of proficiency in creating intuitive user experiences through designs, requiring the incumbent to lead complex web and mobile application design and development projects. And generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and multiple prototypes, delivering the ultimate user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Translate concepts into wireframes/mockups, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and UX decisions related to core existing and new functions and features.
- Take user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Producing layouts, user interface elements, design specifications and documentation as per needs
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the user interface design.
- Solving different UI challenges like browser compatibilities issues etc.
Requirements:
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Ability to generate multiple prototypes for the same design.
- Learn & adopt new frameworks.
