Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and work incompliance with local labor laws.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
  • Preparation of HR documents (orders, staff list, sick leaves maintenance, timesheets, hiring documents etc.)
  • Calculation of sick leaves, vacations, unpaid leaves, remuneration under contract.
  • processing payroll payment orders
  • preparation of tax reports, other payroll & employee benefit reports.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and update HR policies in line with industry best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all HR matters.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures relating to the management of staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong grip on software tools used in HRM.
