Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, analyze performance metrics and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments using best practices and industry standards.
- Ensure cloud solutions are implemented and operated with high availability, robustness, and resilience in mind.
- Implement and maintain cloud security measures, including access controls, firewalls, encryption, and threat detection systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications and software solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and database concepts in a cloud context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
